“Doing More with Less” – Image One User Group Meeting 2-27-09

Image One would like to thank all of our valued customers who attended our 2009 Annual User Conferences.  Special thanks to the American Automobile Association (AAA) for allowing us to host our Orlando event at their Heathrow, Florida facility. Also, we would like to thank Florida Blood Services for the use of their St. Petersburg, Florida facility to host our Tampa user conference. We appreciate the great turn out and the opportunity to discuss what “Doing More with Less” means to our customers.

Like most companies today, many of our customers are attempting to downsize their overhead and are looking for solutions to integrate with their existing systems in order to help automate their business processes. In light of this, Business Process Automation was a key topic of discussion and the focus of many software demonstrations.  These demonstrations included Content Management solutions, which included Advanced OCR Capabilities, Automated Workflows, and the ability to integrate files and data to other front-line business applications using Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) software.

Both events were a full of great fun, excellent food, and informative round table discussions on how to accelerate business in today’s economy.  Image One looks forward to helping our customer’s achieve maximum production and services levels while “Doing more with Less”.
