    A Staten Island high school has become the first private school in the country to conduct final exams on a tablet. St. Joseph by-the-Sea High School last year launched a program called the "Seamless Online Learning Environment" in order to create a paperless classroom for students. Six exams were taken on tablets and each was followed with a detailed, personalized report on the students' strong and weak areas.
