Hardware Service Plans

Since businesses have their own unique requirements, Image One offers the flexibility of three different scanning hardware service plans.

Gold Service Plan

Gold Service Plan -

Image One’s premier service agreement. This level offers a full encompassing service and maintenance program, and is our most popular service plan. Our Gold Level agreement includes:

-Unlimited service calls (associated labor covered)

-All parts covered (excludes consumables)

-Scheduled preventative maintenance calls

-Guaranteed 8-hour response time

Silver Service Plan

Silver Service Plan -

An agreement for those customers who enjoy the labor coverage of a service plan, but do not require parts coverage Our Silver Level agreement includes:

-Unlimited service calls (associated labor covered)


  • -20% discount on parts (excludes consumables)

  • -Scheduled preventative maintenance calls

  • -Guaranteed 8-hour response time
Bronze Service Plan

Bronze Service Plan -

An agreement for customers who need only a couple service calls a year to maintain their machines.

  • -Two service calls per year (associated labor covered)

  • -20% discount on parts (excludes consumables)

  • -Guaranteed 8-hour response time

  • -20% discount on labor for additional service calls
