Image One provides full on-site implementation and installation of imaging and content management systems and hardware. Our professional services will also provide custom on-site training and mentoring. In addition to our on-site services, we offer a variety of in-house services. These services include: A state of the art training center located in our Tampa office to accommodate your continuing education needs, hardware services to perform scanner repairs and ongoing preventative maintenance and a highly skilled help desk team to provide software support of your content management systems.

Conversion Services

If you have a backlog of documents and files that you would like to have a digital image of, conversion services can digitize both paper and microfilm/microfiche documents. These images can then be indexed to your specifications and exported to disk or directly into either your content management system or a variety of databases. During the conversion process, we house your documents in a secure, climate-controlled environment and apply a quality assurance methodology to ensure that the highest image quality possible. To make the conversion process even easier, we provide both a pickup/delivery service and on-site destruction of original documents.

Hardware Services

Image One’s certified hardware technicians will not only setup your scanning hardware, but configure it to your software system. As an added value, with an Image One hardware service agreement, we will not only repair your hardware, but come onsite to perform routine maintenance on your scanners.

Software Development Services

Image One’s in-house software development services gives access to a cutting edge Microsoft.NET software development shop right at your fingertips. Our development services will build for you customized content management software applications, tailor-made business workflows, systems integration, and data extraction software to upgrade legacy databases to the latest technology.
