Customers with service contracts can expect to see a technician within eight business hours of placing a service call! Since Image One is centrally located, support personnel will arrive at your site quickly. Or, if you prefer, you may inform the hardware dispatcher that you wish to bring your equipment to us.
Our state of the art dispatch system allows for faster service response, and they have a selection of frequently used replacement parts with them at all times. Our warehouse is stocked with thousands of spare parts; in the unlikely event that a necessary part is out of stock, we will have it shipped overnight from national distribution centers.
We service most brands of digital scanners and micrographic equipment, such as: Canon, Panasonic, Contex, WideTEK, Kodak*, ScanPro and more! We will provide a free inspection and cleaning with each new annual service agreement purchase from us.
