Quanjai Miles
Executive Director of Finance and HR
Quanjai Miles joined Image One Corporation in May 2024 as Executive Director of Finance & HR, bringing more than 28 years of experience in accounting, finance, and organizational leadership. With a B.S. in Business and Accounting and a Master’s degree in Forensic Accounting, she combines strong technical expertise with a practical, solutions-oriented leadership approach.
At Image One, Quanjai leads both the finance and human resources functions, with a focus on building a strong operational foundation that supports the company’s growth and long-term strategy. She is passionate about creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring financial clarity across the organization, while also fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture.
Quanjai particularly values working in a small to mid-sized organization like Image One, where departments collaborate closely and operate as one cohesive team. She is passionate about contributing to the company’s continued growth and helping build the business to its full potential. She views Image One as an extension of family, where leadership genuinely cares about employees—allowing her to play an active and meaningful role as part of the executive team in driving the business forward.
Known for her hands-on leadership style, Quanjai works closely with her team and cross-functional leaders to drive performance, strengthen internal controls, and deliver meaningful financial insights that support better decision-making. She places a strong emphasis on developing people, mentoring team members, and creating opportunities for growth within the organization.
Throughout her career, Quanjai has led multi-location financial operations, managed complex accounting processes, and partnered with leadership teams to navigate both day-to-day operations and long-term planning. Her ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights has made her a trusted partner across the business.
Based in Tampa, Florida, Quanjai is committed to supporting Image One’s continued success by aligning financial discipline with operational excellence and a people-first leadership philosophy.
Outside of work, Quanjai enjoys staying active through tennis, pickleball, and hiking, as well as traveling. She is also dedicated to giving back to the community and volunteers with Faces of Courage at the Rotary Campground in Brandon, Florida, where she contributes her time supporting the kitchen and preparing meals for cancer survivors and individuals currently undergoing treatment.
