        Description: Image One Corporation is looking to fill a temporary Inside Sales position. As an Inside Sales Representative you will report to the General Manger and support the outside sales team.

        The Inside Sales Representative provides sole support to sales team by performing a series of administrative tasks.

        Essential Functions:

        • Telephone 40 – 50 prospects per day to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline using the ACT system.
        • Schedule a minimum of 2 appointments/demos per day for the sales representative.
        • Develops, delivers and engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
        • Responds to requests from customers for information.
        • Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the B2B infrastructure.
        • Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.

        Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

        Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status.

        Required Education and Experience

        • 6 months to 1 year experience in call center environment or other relevant experience
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook)

          1. Prospect for new opportunities with current and new clients by utilizing a variety of different methods not limited to; Targeted Mailers, Referrals, Cold calls, Internet, etc.
          2. Qualify potential clients by conducting a thorough needs analysis.
          3. Understand the product and services the RocketScan team offers and have conversations around our technology with foodservice directors, technology, or business office administrators.
          4. Make outbound calls and take inbound calls for Image One and RocketSCAN products.
          5. Achieve all dialing and scheduling goals. (min 50 calls daily, 5 scheduled demos weekly)
          6. Record and track dialing campaigns in Zoho (CRM).
          7. Handle scheduling tasks for the potential client and product demonstrator.
          8. Demonstrate knowledge NSLP, CEP, Rocket Scan products, Strata App products, Knowledge of Point of Sale, Platforms we integrate with and do not.
          9. Be flexible with daily dialing directives while keeping a positive demeanor.
