Michael Lutz has served as our General Manager and Sales Manager since January 2013. Leveraging over 20 years of office solutions experience, Mike’s goal is to provide an outstanding client experience by providing solutions that solve critical business problems and then backing it up with world class support. Prior to joining Image One, Mike started his career as a sales representative for Lanier Worldwide in New York City. Mike then spent over 13 years with Pitney Bowes/Canon/Oce successfully leading sales teams and operations in various markets in Ohio and Florida. Mike holds a BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University. In his spare time, Mike enjoys coaching soccer, spending time with his family and cheering for the Buckeyes.
Leigh Anne Corley
Leigh Anne Corley joined the Image One team as its first document imaging specialist during Image One’s inaugural year. When Leigh Anne earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida in 1997, she transferred to the administration department as the service bureau dispatcher. Leigh Anne worked her way up through all of the administrative and financial positions before becoming Assistant Controller in 2004 and Controller in 2008. As Controller, Leigh Anne oversees daily administrative operations as well as the company’s overall finances. Leigh Anne’s dedication to Image One and her commitment to providing excellent customer service is valued by Image One’s staff, customers and partners.
Executive Director of Technology Services
Kevin Corley is one of the original employees at Image One and began his career in the support department after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science-IT Admin. Within two years, Kevin helped establish the Software Development department, which helped launch the company into a new era. In the past 21 years, Kevin’s department has grown incredibly, leading to new innovations in imaging and data management systems and many new products that have become some of the strongest aspects of Image One. His continued enthusiasm for supporting all his customers and working together with other departments has allowed his career and reputation as a leading expert in content management solutions to flourish.
Director of Human Resources
Ada Martinez has over 20 years’ experience in the human resources field working in several industry sectors predominantly in the food and furniture industry. Graduated with honors with a degree in Hospitability Management and Tourism from the University of North Texas (Go Eagles!). She joined Image One in June 2018 and is responsible for the HR Operation focusing on employee development, ethics and compliance and enabling teams and individuals to take accountability for customer advocacy.
Prior to joining Image One, Ada worked at Pan American Grain MFG as HR Director and Pepsi Cola Puerto Rico Bottling Company as HR Manager Assistant and Employee Relations Officer.
Ada is married with 5 children between the ages of 21 and 32, and has 3 granddaughters between the ages of 1 and 7. After spending as much time as she can with family and friends, any left-over free time is devoted to interior design and writing in longhand to her grandchildren a series she calls “how was your day” to encourage them how to learn to write and read in cursive.
Document Data Imaging Manager
James Alvarez started with Image One fresh out of college, the University of South Florida, in our Software Support department in 2014. His drive for excellence and customer satisfaction earned him the promotion in 2018 to bring his technical knowledge, experience in customer service, and success in overseeing the Support Internship Program to our thriving Document Scanning Services department. In his free time, James enjoys reading and writing poetry as well as other literary pursuits.
