How We Did It
After assessing their new employee onboarding workflow, Image One started by redesigning the cover pages with barcodes for all documents needing to be scanned. These barcodes contain document IDs for eight different document types from applications to background checks.
Data is then automatically extracted in an optimized way based on each document type, and operators key whatever can’t be recognized like hand written social security numbers.
