After a survey revealed that consumers find their daily use of paper redundant, one bank is going digital.

After splitting with Lloyds Banking Group last year, UK firm TSB wants to be more consumer friendly. The bank explained its decision to push paperless services for customers who are tired of all the paper.

A fifth of the respondents who do keep paper records said they never even look at them! Instant access has become increasingly important to many people, and being able to provide this service is one of the goals of the bank.

The bank offers paperless statements, accessible online accounts and more to feed consumers’ hunger for technology.
